Red Roof Inn Cortland

I was sitting on the bed and happen to see a bug so I killed it and it left a huge blood stain. The next day I had horrible itchy bites all over my body. I am completely mortified and never staying in a red roof inn again! That bug was obviously a bed bug ud83dude29! Needless to say all the stuff I brought to that hotel are still sitting outside my house!

Bed was comfortable but we had serious concerns regarding security of the hotel. The guest entrance door is always unlocked and people from around the town were hanging out in the hallways; lots of coming and going. We were near that door so we barely slept due to the noise.

Bed bugs, no service at all! Nobody is ever at the front desk. Card keys to the door never work. Stayed there for over a month never did the came to change my towels or bedding. Worst hotel I ever stayed

Nice sized rooms. Comfortable layout. Quiet. Good water pressure. Big fridge.
