The Chautauqua Chalet

We stayed here with our whole family to celebrate our Christmas together. It is a beautiful Chalet fully equipped with everything you need. Dishes, towels, sheets, Tv, internet, 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a great deck. I will recommend to this place to all my friends.

This beautiful vacation rental is hidden away from the road in the most beautiful, serene setting, while still being within minutes of the world famous Chautauqua Institution, five minutes from the village of Mayville, or 20 minutes from Lakewood.nnThis cabin is luxurious and comes equipped with everything you need for a relaxing, stress free vacation. Kitchen towels, bedding, and bath towels are all provided so you don't have the hassle of bringing your own. There is a washer and dryer on site.nnThe kitchen is gorgeous and equipped with granite countertops, a Viking stove, a dishwasher, convection microwave, a higher end coffee maker, and even an InSinkErator.nnThe bathrooms are beautiful as well, also outfitted with granite countertops. The upstairs bathroom has a spa like, jetted tub, which is most appreciated.nnThe four bedrooms are nicely sized. Upstairs there is a bedroom with one queen and another bedroom with two twins. The downstairs also has a bedroom with two twins and a bedroom with one queen bed. The views from any of the bedrooms are beautiful as they all have views of the woods.nnThe kitchen, living room, and dining room are all an open layout which makes spending time together or entertaining guests easier and more enjoyable. There is also a very generously sized deck with a high end grill and more gorgeous views.nnIf you have kids like we do, they will greatly enjoy the huge yard to play in, the swing or hammock to swing on, the woods to walk through, or the creek at the bottom of the property.nnFavorite vacation rental in this area. Worth every penny.
