Holiday Inn Express Olean

The management and support personnel of this hotel are some of the nicest people you could ever want to meet. There are very accommodating. I stay at a lot of hotels through the year and this is one of the Best I have stayed at when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend it.

This hotel was not clean, our room had water damage inside it at some point and stunk, so we had to switch rooms. The carpet floor tiles were pulling up and the supposed continental breakfast was canceled supposedly due to covid. Which was strange since we had family staying at Thw Library Hotel and they served a fresh hot breakfast. The only good thing was they gave us a small discount for the inconvenience.

Discrimination against people with special needs charging them over ridiculous amount of money for something they need in their life even with all the paper work provided by state and doctor. Even left the room spotless upon being kicked out.

Staying here has been a highlight for our holiday trip over the past few years. The staff will go out of their way to make you comfortable and the accommodations couldn't be better. We look forward to staying here at least once a year. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.
