Northampton bike has been a staple of Northampton for years, for good reason. Their staff are kind, helpful, and responsive. The inventory of parts clothes and bikes that they carry in the store is reasonably priced, carefully selected, and all high quality.nThe store has been expanded in the past couple of years and is truly gorgeous and comfortable. Whether you need a new bike, parts, or service, Northampton Bike is an excellent choice.
Very warm, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Neil was able to get my wife's bike in and out very quickly and was happy to answer our questions. Would definitely recommend their service department. Looks like they have a nice selection of new bikes as well.
Great people. New to biking and they took the time to explain everything I asked. Offered to tune up the bike for free after a month of riding.
