I can always count on Kevin and his crew to take good care of me and my bicycle. I was in just a few days ago to check on my tires. They are constantly losing air (which I found out is normal) and ended up buying a pump so I can check the pressure & put air in myself!! We were discussing the fact that my bike is between 15 & 20 years old. Hard to believe it's been that long!! In all that time I have only had to replace one tire & I decided I needed a new seat for comfort!! Go see Kevin if you need a new bike or maintenance. You will not be disappointed.

Do not hesitate to buy a bike from Babcocks. They are knowledgeable about all bikes, wizards at maintenance and repair, and easy to deal with. They are truly the best bicycle shop in this area.

Kevin and John are always very helpful, and I’m always greeted with a smile. I have been one of their customers for almost two decades, and I have never been dissatisfied with anything. They always stock the most up to date products, and both are very knowledgeable on what they sell, and repair. If there is something that they don’t have in stock, they have no problem ordering it. The turnaround time on most service and repairs is very quick, usually within a few days. They are up-front and don’t try to sell any unnecessary parts, services, or apparel.

Babcock Bike Staff were very polite and attentive to my needs in repairing and safety checking my daughters road bike. Their timeliness was great and they had the bike completed in 2 days as promised.
