SC Action Sports Bicycle Shop

I have been dealing with SC Bicycles for last five years & have purchased several bicycles for my family. The customer service is phenomenal. Donna, Lisa, Bill & Justin are always patient & welcoming. They are quick to respond and have always resolved any issues I have had. This is the only bicycle shop I will go to. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a bicycle purchase, repair or maintenance. On a scale from 1 to 10, I rate them an 11. Kudos to you guys at SC Bicycles for a job well done!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Mrs. Cramer and she was great. Very helpful, went in there to find a nice mountain bike for my wife and walked away with a really nice trail spec Cannondale. She wasn't phony in any way. She knew about these bikes and really gave me some great thoughts to chew on. Ill be supporting this business as much as I can. Glad I walked in.

Always feels great to shop at a local Family owned store that is backed by owner experience, knowledge, owner personal product stamp of approval. What a great overall bike store experience.

Best bike shop I have ever been to! I shopped around because I’m pretty tall, have shoulder injuries and can’t just ride any bike. Not only have I had my bike, Lola, for four years now, but it’s still like new because of the yearly tune-ups that are offered. My bike fits me perfectly and I have zero pain from my shoulders. Great customer service and they know what they are talking about. Unfortunately, I feel a lot of bike shops try to take advantage of there customers, but not here! I felt my needs were matched to the perfect bike. I will go to no other bike shop!! :)

Best bike store ever. Honest, economical and friendly. Nikki at front desk is extremely helpful with her expertise and everyone at back are very professional. I needed a quick help with gearshift and they were able to accommodate grips and tires at the same visit so i can ride on weekend. Highly recommend.
