Planet Bike

Jeremy was extremely helpful today as my husband and I shopped for a bike for me. He even refilled the tires with air and adjusted the seat for me to test drive my new trike. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable on the bike.

It's not even worthy of one star. This place does not want business, seems they just waiting for the place to shut down. I went to get a flat fixed. The guy told me to buy a tube online and do it myself ! I asked about a rear derailleur for my daughters bike and the guy looked at me like I had 7 heads. He actually told me to go to another bike store ! Who directs customers to their competitors ? Apparently this guy does. Don't waste even a second of your time at this place unless you want to spend a few minutes questioning your sanity. Go to Matawan Bike Shop. Unlike Planet Bike, they are professional and actually want business.

No desire to help with bike selection or provide customer service..I understand the inventory is limited right now, but you can still help a customer figure out what kind of bike is good for them...it could turn into a future customer
