The rooms at the hotel we're comfy, especially considering that it's in the middle of a college campus. I have been here both as a hotel guest and as someone attending a conference in the rooms on the higher floors. The staff working there are helpful and approachable. I would stay there again if I didn't live in the area ud83dude05
I stayed here with a group and everything went as planned. The showers are really nice and the overall quality of each room is very pleasant. The free breakfast looked good too.

Location, location, location! In the heart of the campus is this excellent hotel, run (I believe) by the hospitality, hotel and restaurant department. Modern looking rooms and nice views of campus. The Blue Wall restaurant is downstairs and the parking garage is connected through a tunnel. Bathrooms are a bit small, but adequate. While on campus, eat the food, it's locally sourced and phenomenal. Love this place!
Other than the people, the hotel was very ordinary.nnIt was neat and clean, but it is built with reinforced concrete, and often felt like a cave. They had better than average continental breakfast, and no restaurant.nnThe rooms were very, very ordinary, not well thought out. Furniture did not fit, no refrigerator and awkward open spaces in the room. Concrete walls made it even less cozy.nnLastly, the heat/AC was unresponsive, and hard to tell if it was doing it's job. All for over $325 per night!nnThe low rating is because of the high price. It was a $160/night hotel - max.
