Pros: nice appearance. All staff friendly and helpful. The place is clean. Room was clean and spacious, really a mini-suite. Water was piping hot. Lots of counter space in the bathroom. Wifi was good in room 327. Good luggage carts. Two elevators. Plenty of parking. Good location, with stores, colleges and nature all close by.nnCons: the walls are paper thin. The decorative table opposite the elevator doors makes it hard to get luggage carts in and out of the elevator.nnGeneral: the motel is bigger than it looks. You can almost get lost the first couple of times in and out.nnOverall 5/5 Location 5/5 Value 5/5 Wifi 5/5

They have forgotten how to be a completely outfitted hotel in our time if covid. For example, the presidential suite with it's sleeper sofa for guests 3 and 4 had no bedding at all, no bed pillows, etc. It was late at night and we had to call to ask for it all. It came quickly enough because the front desk guy was great. I told them ahead of time there would be four guests, and they installed towels for three. So we had to call the desk about that. Again, the desk guy was great. Food in the morning was handled as well as can be expected. So, I appreciate that they were there, but pay attention to what is implied by having four people reserved for a room designed for four.

Very impressed with how well the hotel was cleaned. Morelia did an excellent job to get the room Super clean and ready. Marissa made sure we got the room we always stay in and Nicole and Julian made sure we had enough towels and advise on where to eat.

The location was great as well as the staff. This was my second time staying at this hotel the room each time was the Presidential Suite its a beautiful room very spacious and comfortable. My only complaint is that each time I stayed there was a big red stain on the carpet in the bedroom and I was not able to use the jetted bathtub due to the drain not working correctly both times I visited.
