Fairly spacious clean rooms. They have a beautiful view. If you are looking for a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle this place is perfect. Plenty of places to go for a walk but you will probably have to drive to all other destinations though.

The room was nice and clean the pool was clear and we could not wait to use it. The next morning we went to eat and when we got back there was no new towels and no soap to shower with. the reservation was for four people we had four towels at no point during that weekend of the fourth did we get clean towels there was a sign in the bathroom that said all towles on the floor will be replaced again they never brought us some towels. it may not seem like a big deal that we didn't get new towels but that meant we showered with the same towels all weekend. We will not be back.

What a gem! We love the Burkehaven and stay there whenever we visit Lake Sunapee. This is a really special place, not because it is brand spanking new, but because the owners treat it with care. The breakfast is perfect and has enough variety for all our different dietary needs. The fresh blueberries and strawberries were really a treat. The room is very clean and spacious. The pool is always crystal clear and inviting. We appreciate the peace and quite and I have managed to finish reading many books while lounging poolside. The view of the mountains and the close proximity to the lake is an added plus. We appreciate the complimentary pass to Dewey Beach and use it practically every day!

This is a great place to stay in Sunapee. Perfect location, beautiful scenery, the staff was friendly and professional! We didn’t have a chance to use the pool but it looked clean. This is our second time here. We will be coming back for a third!

Cute,cozy, clean ~ stayed July 4th hoping to see lake fireworks from the motel. No luck. Met awesome staff, friendly guests from England & could not swim in the lake as it was more like a boat ramp. Loved the gardens and views thank goodness for the pool! Oh~ and I got the only A /C room they have ~ ud83dude05 ~ ud83cudf40
