Front lady desk was AMAZING. Needed a get away for a night, just an escape. Grabbed some wine and needed a night away.nnI checked in the first room, and I walked in - there was dried blood on the window bench. And there was little hairs all under the bed UNDER the blanket. Felt so gross. Went down stairs and got another room, and again just dirty; not as bad but still not clean. For needing a night away, i did get one. Just not enjoyable. The hotel is almost empty, you would think they would make sure the little guests they do have they’d make happy.

Tried to spend a night here but the front desk lady was so rude and said no due to me being 20 and in her words a “child” not allowed in the jacuzzi sweet. Immediately when we walked into the building she was eyeing us down (never mind you my friend is 24), making us feel completely uncomfortable. I called ahead and when I went in and said hello I just called, we discussed a room but you told me to wait to give a card number for triple A discount and her response was so rude. “nope you didn’t, no card, no name, nothing.” Still so infuriated and baffled over this woman and I’ve never wrote a review before.

very clean and quiet. price not too bad. staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. easy access to the highway and lots of restaurants near by. Starbucks too. great for visiting families who have college kids at UNH, only 20 mins to the outlets in Kittery ME. 20 mins to the beautiful beaches too. would highly recommend to fellow travelers. will definitely be back soon.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff (even the housekeeper made me feel welcome) and a fair price. The advent of the corona virus made breakfast sort of minimal, but they were following the rules which I appreciate. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Would have given 4 stare if they had pancakes in the morning. Nice and quiet clean and comfortable beds
