Alright place to stay but has not catched up to change over of new management. Hampton Inn put why do you see Hilton on card holder for room card. Also the card for TV channels does not match up with channels on the TV. When in room you can find out that it looks new put work down to rooms does not meet expectation. Had to fix shower head. Sink faucet needs to be tighten. Toilet not fully connected to floor. Staff not informed about places to eat in area. I made it through the two day stay put could of been better.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. My main issue was cleanliness. The hotel seemed clean upon walking in... with lysol stickers all over, but unfortunately even if you wipe some disinfectant on a few surfaces it doesn't make the room clean. The bathroom was awful, we chose not to shower that night even with it being right after our wedding. Body hair and dirt all over, grungy tub and toilet. Customer service was ok, she was training so she was thorough but not very friendly, to be expected at 1am I suppose. IF you use a wireless charger do use a cube to plug into the wall not just the USB port on the lamp, the wattage didn't seem to be accurate for what it said - maybe the lamp is new but the wiring is still old? Not sure but our charger definitely burnt out immediately after plugging it in and its fairly new.

Check in was a breeze and Justin was helpful and welcoming. Room was very clean. They offer housekeeping or you can request clean towels and toiletries.

It’s the standard great experience I’ve had at any Hampton Inn, with clean rooms and friendly service.nRooms are always clean but right now in the midst of the pandemic they have a special seal you break on entering to really let you know they took it seriously.
