Quality Inn

Friendly staff, clean room, reasonable price & easy to get to. A bit noisy with traffic & Wendy’s drive through right next door. Soft cozy beds & pillows. No breakfast provided due to COVID but we found the perfect restaurant less than 2 miles away. The Good Table at 12 School St was great!

Was ecstatic that we were able to check in late last night after a super long ride. Heidi was so friendly and helpful! Comfy room. It was clean. All around excellent experience!!

This quality Inn is ok. There is ample parking, but the rooms themselves need an update.

I went to the Quality Inn located at 2 Southampton Road in Westfield MA on July 6, 2020 and the overall experience was atrocious. Several noise complaints against other guests were made and documented at the front desk. The noise kept up however all night until 5 AM without resolution making sleep next to impossible. The next morning at check-out time, one of the managers who is an Indian woman was extremely rude because of the previous night's noise complaints and I was barred from the hotel for no legitimate reason. Furthermore, this woman spewed profanity at me despite the fact she was being treated politely and then threatened with a no trespass order as well as calling the cops. All the while I maintained my composure as she verbally assaulted me. I requested her name after telling her what I thought of her arrogant stance, but she refused to give me her name and instead obnoxiously hid her name tag behind her hair. So, I filed a formal complaint with the corporate office and they said they would investigate the situation. I would highly suggest to all those reading to avoid this dump at all costs because it's being run by ignorant West Indians who basically don't give a damn. By the way, the room also had bugs, but they obviously knew all about it because there was an exterminator coming in as I was outside waiting for my ride after the manager rudely ordered me out of the lobby. In view of everything that has happened, I'm happy not to give them my good business anymore because they're losers who don't know how to run a business. Lastly, they have recently been exposed to the Covid-19 virus by a previous guest and refuse to do anything about it since they also refuse to comply with the face covering law. Beware!
