We have stayed at many Hilton hotels and this one is one of the best! Betsy who works the front desk could not have been nicer and really went above and beyond what is expected. We are from Florida and hurricane Sally hit our town head on and we needed to get home ASAP. She helped us cancel a reservation so we wouldn’t lose our points which we really appreciated. She was also kind enough to leave a sweet card and waters at our door which was deeply appreciated. You cannot go wrong staying at this Hilton. Easy 5 stars all the way! Thanks again for being so kind!

Breakfast due to covid-19 is grab and go. They have yogurt, bagels and cream cheese, breakfast burritos, juice, clementines, hard boiled eggs, and water.
I have traveled for years across many different hotel brands including Hilton, Marriott, and IHG as well as several independent brands/bed and breakfast properties. I have never experienced staff as incredible as this in any of my experiences. The staff at Hampton Inn Draper truly makes this hotel a MUST in the Salt Lake City area. Close to great area shopping, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon and less than an hour from Park City / 25 minutes from the airport. Joseph, Betsey and Britta (who all serve in different capacities) at the front desk are amazing. The housekeeping team was also wonderful especially traveling during COVID. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It is sure to impress travelers from young to old.
