Check in was fast and easy. Was able to stay an extra day. I would recommend this to family and friends

Quality Inn was perfect for our needs. We have stayed in this hotel several times. Close to shopping for clothes and eating out. Within walking distance of hotel. Great. Easy access to freeways. We will stay there again.

Decent place to stay, However the carpet in my room needs a good cleaning or replace overall the place was clean

Called multiple times about check in time since we are coming from states away and we get there and apparently we were given the wrong info twice. I called to verify check in too see if there was a possibility to check in early. They claimed you can check in UP UNTIL 3 on the phone. Arrive early to be told check is not till three. Then the front desk people who help us just stared at me until I started to lead the conversation and basically do her side of a conversation. So not only misinformation but had to talk to a wall too.

C/I was great, friendly, no waiting. Our room was ready & looked great. It was clean, I didn't notice anything amiss. We put a soda in the fridge, tried to adjust it and the knob fell off was broken. No biggie. We had a jetted tub, worked fine but when we were going to rinse the shower didn't work. Again, the knob was junk. No biggie. The next morning, there was no power on one side of the room. No phone charge, no alarm, no light. At 930am had housekeeper knocking ask if we were checking out. I asked what time is it- she said 10, it was barely 930. C/o is 11. So we were up late, not our fault, now we're being kicked out. Does two things that were no biggie, now it's a biggie. I go to the front desk. I wait. Housekeeper that told me just a moment, about 10 minutes later, comes to the front desk not knowing how to work the system at the front desk telling me that she is so sorry but half the hotel has no power and then she texted me tonight's right in front of me to fix the shower in the refrigerator and asked me when we would be getting out. Getting out. Not leaving, getting out. Even some English with an apology, a 10% discount, a smile, would have sufficed. It was fairly clean very functional and in the end, it was very disappointing.
