The staff here- top notch. Super friendly and attentive, and everything was very clean. This is an experience you'd expect from a SpringHill, but even so I usually leave with my expectations exceeded. The bathroom doors are a little funky (they slide), but this is hardly something to complain about. We felt safe, clean, and well taken care of here.
We have stayed here several times it’s a great hotel with fantastic amenities. It’s nice and clean and very central to the businesses that I am working with.
Friendly staff. Nice clean room. Amenities are open with restrictions due to corona. Included breakfast buffet is closed, but they provide a grab and go breakfast. Not what I would prefer, but they seem to be doing what they can. If I'm back this way I would stay here again.
Itchy ALL Night when slept on the sofa bed... I mean when the bed was opened. Not the sofa. Think they didn't clean it.
Terrible breakfast... Only muffins and donuts. The other hotel still serving hot breakfast during covid19. Not worth the price. 😔so disappointed
We have stayed here many times. Tonight was the worst. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very nice, But tonight 9/26 the front desk girl was horrible. Bad attitude from the time we walked in. She was very rude to everyone we watched her work with. Rolling her eyes at customers making us fell like we were wasting her time wanting to stay there. We had to take a pic of our room to show her that we didn't have a coffee maker because she didn't believe us, not cool. She seemed to have her mask in a wad but is no reason to take it out on clients. The facilities are nice but a bad attitude can ruin a lot.
