I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the rude front desk lady, Stacy. She was absolutely rude and shouldn’t be working with the public without some training. The room was great it had a charger for my Tesla and the location is great. One rotten egg can ruin it for the rest.
I highly recommend this Holiday inn. I travel for work and stay in hotels on a weekly basis. During this pandemic it is even more important to find a clean hotel. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel lobby, the elevators and my room was immaculate. They are offering a grab and go breakfast where other hotels I have stayed at have discontinued breakfast all together for now, so I was happy that they are offering something to their guests. Pam was extremely kind and helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. And look forward to the restaurant and bar opening back up, I peeked in and it looks like they have a full bar and a good selection of wine.
Super clean rooms and friendly staff
Everything was very clean and they were taking our health very seriously. Got crib delivered to room immediately. Only thing was couldn't get jets to work in whirlpool bath. We didn't let them know till we were leaving so we didn't really give maintenance a chance to fix, if possible. Either way, if they were broke or the usage instructions poor, it was a let down, otherwise was great
I've stayed here a few times now, and the service is consistently good. The staff are very friendly, rooms are always clean and quiet. No loud blasting AC unit. Very reasonable price. There's no continental breakfast, but you can get delicious food (instead of stuff sitting under a hot lamp) downstairs at the cafe for cheap. I enjoy staying here.
