THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS- so if you are worried at all about getting covid, DO NOT STAY HERE. We checked in just before 10 PM so there was nobody there after we settled into our room and as we were unpacking we found stool in the toilet. During a pandemic hotels should take EXTRA precautions, not less.nI asked the front desk for a refund as I would not be staying there- they said a manager would call me back. It’s been a week and nobody has called me.nI called back again- still no response from them.nThey do not care about cleanliness or customer service.nAlso, the porch door handle fell off, the door didn’t lock so anybody could break in, and drawer handles were missing. The most unsanitary and unsafe place.nWaste of money.
Editing from previous review: murphy beds are gone, so much more comfortable and as usual, the staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Bonus: this place has the best wifi of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Will definitely keep coming back!
Rooms are awesome. They include stove and refrigerator. Indoor pool, sauna. Everyone is super friendly
Decent rooms for the price. No complaints.
Usually sleepy but charming this time of year with the covid virus this resort is nothing more than a boring room. The pool remains open but there are no lounge chairs and no one appears to have used it. The barn is closed so no ping pong or pool table. Nothing to do. They are constantly making improvements but none of them make sense or make the property better. Not a resort.
