If I could give more than 5 stars I would because this venue is truly magical. The staff were outstanding and professional while remaining warm and customer service focused. I had the wedding of my dreams while maintaining safety during these challenging times. My now husband and I stayed a few extra days surrounding the wedding because we couldn't get enough of this little slice of heaven on earth. All my vendors were apart of their preferred vendor list and thank god for that list because let me tell you, these vendors made a dream team. Simply over the moon with everything and all the amazing staff that made it happen.

My most recent visit to the Pickering House Inn was amazing! I was the only guest for two nights, on the second day of my stay a massive snowstorm came and dumped 3 feet of snow on Wolfeboro. I found myself enjoying the snow by the fireplace in the living room for most of the day. It was a great spot to watch the snow fall and the traffic and people carefully go by. It could not have been more picturesque! Cameron, Michael, Chef John were all very accommodating, friendly, and professional. Although the restaurant was supposed open on Thursday night, they decided to close because of the snow. Chef John offered to prepare me anything from the menu. It was such a nice gesture and meant I didn’t have to leave the inn. I know that the restaurant is newly opened, but it won’t take long before word gets out about how good it is!! You’ve gone above and beyond. Your hospitality was genuine. These things combine to make a lasting memory for me in a town that I love. Thank you!

My daughter just got married at Pickering and the event was absolutely lovely.Pickering’s guidance made selecting vendors easy and created such a seamless experience .nThe staffs customer service was exceptional ,White Apron catered the food and was a 10!nPickering's decor is upscale , modern and the venue was something you see in the magazines.Truly a lovely wedding and our family could not of been happier.Everyone at the wedding and watching on Zoom could feel the love and warmth exuding from this old but new renovated barn.During these difficult times, it is not to be overlooked that we felt safe and supported with so many moving parts that had to be changed along the planning process.nWe made a great choice!

My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding at the PHI. Getting married in 2020 was no small feat, but they ensured that our small wedding felt like a royal extravaganza. EVERYTHING, from the staff, to the decorations, catering (and drink service), plus the music and vibe of The Barn was perfect. Lindsey made sure everything was perfect while assuaging my wedding jitters!

We had our September wedding here and it was PERFECT! The staff at Pickering are absolutely amazing, the owners, wedding planners, and the chefs! They made the entire weekend stress free and amazing! I can’t wait to go back and visit!
