I purchased an E-Bike for my wife (her retirement gift) and was so impressed with the depth of knowledge and the personal service from Scott Crawford, the manager at the Rochester MN store.nMy wife loved her new bike and when it came around to my Birthday, she purchased me a new E-Bike from Scott. Friendly, knowledgeable and great customer service. The inventory and selection was GREAT! Highly RECOMMENDED talking to SCOTT CRAWFORD if your even thinking of a new bike.nI normally don’t write reviews, BUT - the customer service and the delivery was quite refreshing .....as a consumer experience.

My family was just in town for some Mayo stuff and I was looking forward to some long stress-relieving rides to take my mind off it all. Of course, 11 miles in on my first ride my hub started making death rattles.nnMy guy Peyton at the Roch Erik’s checked it out and made a few adjustments. I’m eventually going to need to replace some parts but he recognized I just need to get through these two weeks. Got me in and out quick and not for much money either.nnReally meant a lot to me.

We went in to get a new bike rack for our car. The guy who we talked to was super helpful and gave us good insight on the 2 vs 3 bike rack. Great experience and friendly, helpful staff.
