To start overall service here has been good. From purchasing the bike to getting the first tune up. That said, now owning the bike for just under 2 years and putting more ware on it. Noticed a problem so brought in for service. There were 2 employees that were definitely helpful and got the ball rolling to have the bike worked on. Reese, the tech that worked on the bike was Fabulous!!! Was able to diagnose the problem and determine the solution on the spot practically. Got the bike in tip top order and me on my way. Very very happy customer. Definitely say Reese needs a pay raise for his expertise and very good customer service, all around he was great to work with!!!
I purchased a bike yesterday and had some issues on its maiden voyage. Chain broke, affecting other components. I brought it back in to get looked at. I'm not sure of the last time I've received such quality service. Didn't blame me, just willing to fix whatever it needed to make me happy and back on the trails. I recommend this bike shop. Seems they are truly there for you.
Took my son here to buy a bike. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They had a good selection of bikes and a nice spot outside to test ride them. Overall a great experience!
We found a great used bike for my husband this morning! Even though we weren't buying brand new, the staff was super helpful, kind, and gave us great tips on maintenance! Definitely will come again.
Being new into wanting to get into mountain biking they were very very helpful and don't just push the big money bikes. Will definitely recommend to anyone 100%
