What an exceptional experience!nnAssisted by the exceptional team of Patrick and Jason, I could tell, from the moment I walked in the door, that my bike and my safety was in good hands.nnPatrick thoroughly checked my bike and gave me a realistic understanding of what needed to be repaired, along with an accurate estimate.nnI was fortunate that they had the exact necessary parts on hand, and, to my amazement; the repair was finished the very next day. My bike wasn’t in the shop for more than 24 hours. I understand that these wait times are going to be longer with a higher demand in a busy season, but I was still surprised on this late February weekend, that it would be done so quickly and so well.nnVery grateful to have this retail/repair within two blocks of my home.

Brought my Trek in for a tune-up and was extremely impressed with the service! They were able to turn my bike around in a few hours and at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend this repair shop!

Outstanding! Seriously, I'm trying to think of a better word for my experience and I can't. It was a happy accident that I found this place on my maps, I had an appointment nearby and my tires were already in my car.nPatrick was super helpful, knowledgeable, quick and awesome to work with. He showed me where I had been going wrong (I've had a run of four flats in the last month and a half) and gave me a quick little lesson on the correct way to do it. And that part, the educational bit, is what is going to have me coming back to this shop every time, even though it's not terribly close to my home. Easily the nicest experience I've had at a bike shop in a long time; genuine helpfulness and advice that didn't have me walking out of there feeling like an absolute idiot. Thank you!

I brought in a classic old mountain bike for new shifters and a new rear derailleur. Patrick was super helpful--sourced the right parts, installed them quickly (overnight), and the invoice even came in significantly under the initial estimate. Even though I found the shop to be very busy during the pandemic, they did a great job setting expectations and then exceeding them. I won't hesitate to return for additional service in the future. A+!
