I reached out to this establishment plenty of times for a refund. The salesperson who done my quote said he will have his manager contact me. Well it's been way over 5 days. First he said the owner was out of town and I have to wait for him to come back. You mean to tell me this company does not function properly without the Boss being in town. This gave me a bad vibe. I've been waiting patiently for this owner or manager to contact me in regards to a refund of my deposit. I haven't heard back. It's like they take your money and you never hear from them again. I have called the front office no one ever answers.nnI apologize, yes my name is Deandre. I’m in your system look me up. I’ve been waiting for days for someone to contact me to issue my refund. I called Modern Xterior about having my house resided. The sales men was very honest and only suggested doing a small repair vice a total residing job. Saving me thousands of dollars. Cory did the repair yesterday and he was very professional and did an outstanding job. I could not be happier with my experience with Modern Xterior. Jesse did an amazing job and went above and beyond to help me with insurance claims when a tree fell on my house. He and his team provided quick and meticulous work on my new roof, gutters, and siding! The clean up was more than I had expected as well. He even got me in contact with other contractors to fix my window and air conditioner. I would highly recommend Modern Xterior to fix problems, and make your house look fabulous!
Had Siding over my garage and rotting wood replaced on back of home. The dropped off dumpster day before so when crew showed up early they were ready to work. They did a great job and even informed me of what the contractor that built my home did wrong. Cleaned up when they finished which was in one day. I recommend
The gutters are good just need to get gutter guards now. Its incredibly difficult to get ahold of someone if you have questions about the work or want additional services. Otherwise i would have given them 5 stars.
