Our roof was damaged during the last wind storm. I contacted several companies for estimates. Aspect Roofing Pros was very competitive. They followed through with the estimate and scheduled us an appointment for a full tear off and install as soon as the weather co-operated so as to not have any damage caused due to poor weather. The work was completed in 2 days. Yard was picked up on both days. It was a great group of guys doing our project and everyone that I dealt with in the company was great to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to have roof work done! I could not be more pleased!
I've used Aspect Roofing Pros for 3 different residential roofing projects over the past 20 years. I can't say enough good about every aspect of their business model. Everything from administrative staff, to estimators, to the Crews who come out to do the work, to the quality inspection after the job is complete, is thorough, complete and friendly. We needed our deck to be resealed. Aspect Roofing Pros did a great job. So far no leaks/issues! They pitched the deck so water would run off properly and not pool up (like it had been doing). If I had any questions or concerns the office got back to me promptly. Everyone at the office was professional and efficient. The whole process, once we got started was very easy (including the permit/approval). Everything that was discussed in our contract was done and done right. This is a good company to work with and will recommend them to family/friends.
I was very happy with the prompt service, quality workmanship and great customer service I received from Aspect Roofing Pros. I had called several other contractors who didn't seem to have the time for me. They fixed my gutter the same day for a great price. He was also very efficient and professional with billing me. Very satisfied with this experience. Highly recommend!
We were quite impressed by the quality of the roof that Aspect Roofing Pros installed and we were also quite impressed by the fact that they were very customer service oriented. The roofers showed up time, they were friendly and they also took our neighbors into consideration by cleaning up and not working very early or very late hours. If you need roof repair or a new roof my husband and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
