Great company & Very honest. I called and spoke with Barb who was extremely friendly. She gathered all my information and passed it to the person who makes the schedules. I got a text to let me know my apt was scheduled. Only took 2 days from start to finish to have my repairs complete. John and another employee completed my repairs. Took before and after pictures to show the damage and completed work. He even offered to email me the pics. The price was reasonable and I highly recommend this company.

Wow! When they said Rapid Roof, that’s what they meant! Phenomenal service! The Project Manger Brent gave the best customer service he kept me in the loop all day with the progress and made me feel confident in their services! I’m so thankful we had Brent here during this major home project! Thank you Brent Miller for making this process so easy and beautiful! I will be recommending you all because my entire experience starting with Paul has been amazing! I wish I could give more stars!!!! Wonderful team!

Had a great experience start to finish on our roofing project (Dec 2020). Paul was fantastic to work with on the sales side. Didn’t waste time, did a thorough attic inspection, and was prompt with follow up. Extremely responsive and helpful. The crew that did our roof was awesome, including the project manager Brent who was onsite and in the attic, relaying updates, and verifying work was done. Got the job done in one day (a short Michigan December day at that) with no issues. Extremely happy with their work. Will have them do siding as well.

I cant say enough good things about this company. David Lanue was with us from start to finish. Everyone treated us us fantastic. We were so comfortable with them. We had other companies give us quotes and they not only beat their price but their warnety was a lot better and most of all they were here on time like they said every step of the way. We will definitely be doing more business with them (getting our siding and gutters done) If you want a top notch company that does great work and treats you like family then RAPID ROOFING IS THE WAY TO GO.

Very professional and responsive. Tore the entire roof down with a new one put im same day. Gutters were done a couple days later, and finally gutter guards a day after. Took me through the whole process step-by-step and made me feel comfortable getting a new roof.
