Appointment no-shows, crooked windows, cracked casings upon install ( fixed with caulk as if I wouldn’t have noticed after they were done installing them ) bowed out sliding glass door with a latch that doesn’t properly lock or shut. Called the service department sent pictures over to them scheduled and appointment and guess who didn’t show upnTo the appointment ? Not me ... this is a horrible company that just goes after your money, I will always help the little from now on that takes pride in their work .

Met with Max tonight to go over needs, pricing etc. Max was great. I have my grand babies who are 3 and almost 2 so there were numerous interruptions and diversions throughout our conversation. Max was awesome and patient everytime I needed to tend to the babies. He even interacted and played with them when they engaged him. I was impressed by the product. More specifically the lifetime guarantee that covers the windows AND screens. Anyone with cats or kids knows the value of being able to easily (and cheaply) replace a screen or window.nnI have not actually gone through the installation process so I can't speak to that quite yet but so far, our interactions have been great and they are my front runners for new windows.
