Mr. Roof

Replaced all roofing tiles. They started some time in the morning. I couldn't get there until afternoon, but they were already finished and gone. Looks great. Cleanup was thorough, even though there was still snow on the ground. Very pleased.

The crew came out just 3 days after we met with George and was able to install our roof in less than a day with quality work and attention to detail. Loved this company. Matthew the salesman was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about all the products. Installation crew arrived when they said they would. Roof completing done in one day. Excellent cleanup after the installation. I highly recommend this company.

After these guys first replaced my big 50 square roof, I was one of their biggest fans! They appeared to be fast, friendly and do quality work. Then the problems started happening... A leak developed around my chimney that they claimed was unrelated to the job. Funny how we previously had no problems with our chimney whatsoever until they worked on the roof. They came out and tried to fix it, charged me $$$ for a custom stainless steel chimney cap but the problem didn't go away. They came back recently and said that I needed an entirely new chimney and that was something that they didn't do. But hey, we'll send you photos of the the issues and refer you to some contractors who can! In the mean time, we'll caulk everything up to get you through to when you can get the problem fixed. I was ok with this action plan even though I knew they were at least partly responsible for the issue. I just wanted to get it fixed at whatever cost. Guess what? The guy who supposedly caulked the chimney actually made it WORSE and they didn't send photos or refer me to any contractors. When I called back, Scott was very rude and claimed that nothing that his repair guy told me was true. He was done with me. Now they won't even return my calls and have left me with a huge mess with no pathway to get it fixed. I am beyond disappointed with their service after the sale. I hope my story can at least save one person from having to go through this in the future.

Forrest Ray did a exceptional job explaining the products. Edwin and crew were superb removing the exist roof, replacing rotten boards, installing new roof and cleaning up after the work was completed. Most of all the price couldn't be beat by the competition.nI would recommend Mr Roof without hesitation.
