This is my first ever review but I would be remiss to not encourage everyone to experience difference between Ann Arbor Pharmacy and the chains. The people that work there are knowledgeable but more importantly they are unhurried and patient in their explanations. After a few visits they will know who you are as soon as you open the door. It is a refreshing change to the anonymity of the chains.

I just had an incredible experience with Ann Arbor Pharmacy! Since I didn't have the proper prescription card for my husband's insurance which covers me, they called U of M and found the necessary number. They then called my doctor to see if the ointment version of the prescription (for $6 co-pay) could be used instead of the cream version ($300, not covered by insurance). These were services they offered, along with curbside delivery. Wow! I'm transferring all my prescriptions here!

Super friendly and professional. I transferred all my prescriptions to this pharmacy, and whenever I pick them I also buy a soap or shampoo, they have a delightful selection, just like in a European pharmacy.

Hannah is such an amazing pharmacist. After going to places like Walgreens for years I never thought my pharmacist would actually care about helping me holistically and advocating for me with insurance and doctors. She's one of a kind and a great compliment to Ziad who is truly a business man with integrity.

Even though this pharmacy is pretty close to my home, I just discovered it. Both Hannah and Ziad have been very helpful in selecting the right CBD for my aging mother. The store is very clean. I will continue to support this business.
