They were great and extremely professional. They were a great group of guys and made sure to clean up at the end of each day and did a very good job at the end of the project cleaning up. They made sure to protect the plants around the house and cleaned the gutters when finished. The price was extremely competitive and the original presentation of the work to be done was very well done. You can really tell they know what they are doing and stand behind their workmanship. They spent time explaining to me what they were doing and why.
A recent wind storm caused our shingles to visibly come up, I am happy we read the reviews on Google for Lake Orion Roofing as they inspected our roof & we had a lot more damage underneath than I thought. We coordinated with Mark, he and his team were excellent working through the roof insurance adjuster claims process and I was able to have my entire roof replaced just through knowing how to work with the roof insurance process! Also I was worried about my insurance rates going up because of a claim (like car insurance), however it works differently as it is based on regional damage, not my individual claim. I am very happy with Lake Orion and his team they were very professional, knowledgeable, and highly recommend!
Good company to work with. It took them a little while to fit me into their schedule but after they did, the crew showed up every day on time, cleaned up every day before they left and completed my reroofing in the time promised. So far, the quality and workmanship is very good.nnI had one minor warranty claim on a gutter that Mark Southern, President has personally addressed. Really good customer service from Mark and the company overall.
Mark Southern was great to work with. He handled my roof insurance claim from beginning to end and made the process very simple. The workmanship on my roof was excellent and done very fast. Thank you Lake Orion Roofing!!!
Lake Orion roofing company was amazing!! Very very good quality installation, very professional, very clean work!! I could go on and on! The owner sat down and explained everything to me he was very patient and friendly! The whole process went smoothly! I would highly recommend them!! Great team of people!! I want to thank them soo much!!!!
