What an amazing experience... start to finish. The friendly and professional manner that Mike represented from first meeting him and learning about the company was very impressive. The process was such a breeze and easy and the workmanship was very professional, good quality and dependable. They exceeded above and beyond all expectations. We love our new roof and they were so thorough yet fast at getting the job done!
they saw damage on my roof and offered to help. Adrian made the process effortless. he called my insurance company with me to file the claim, over that was done it was smooth sailing our new roof looks amazing. we could not be happier with Bartlet Roofing . if you need a new roof you need to use Bartlett Roofing!!

After 3 months of minimal response/no-response from their sales person to repeated calls and messages, they just up and informed me they were refusing to do my roofing repairs at all because my insurance had not authorized a full replacement for the roof. For nearly 3 months they didnt even tell me that they might not do the repairs if the insurance wouldn't authorize them, as far as I was aware until that point they were in the process of ordering roofing tiles and scheduling the work! Terrible customer service. Terrible responsiveness. Don't trust their word!
Update 11/4: Since posting this I've been in contact with someone else at the company (Grayson) who has been much more communicative about what was happening and needed to happen and has been working with me. Will update again when work is completed and adjust accordingly.
