Roof came apart the 2nd day of installation and today its still coming apart and they didnt honor their contract. Poor service and owner Rick Graham was v rude, office ladies nice but poor workmanship and difficult owner, its wrong to get paid and not do quality work, overall poor experience.

I would not recommend this company at all. I hired them to do siding, gutters and door wall. The product they install is very good. But the craftmanship and workmanship is awful. Broke my furnace exhaust pipe out the side of my house. broke some branches on a little tree. parked there trailer on my lawn. the custom ordered door wall was wrong size and very late. someone does not know how to used a tape measure. had to call back numerous times to fix things. And the owner was very rude to me on the phone, to the point I refused to talk to him ever. And my favorite was, 1 of the employees that was working on my house smoked some pot in the company truck in my front yard and then tried to get out and talk to me. Not cool. I spent 20k with them I was hoping for better results. There are a lot of other things that were very upsetting to me.nThe sales pitch was very good and the sales lady was very good and knew a lot of facts and details.we had to beg them to put the right amount of sofit vents in and the owner promised to come back and install some baffles in the attic. he has yet to come back. its been about 3 weeks. we were also very pressured to make the finial payment in fear of them putting a lien on our house. please don't use this company. please try someone eles.

Had R. Graham perform a full tear-off and re-roof on our colonial and am extremely pleased and impressed with the experience and product/results. I got 7 quotes in total (Kearns, Renaissance, Rapid, Mr. Roof, Scott Adams & Victors) and was most impressed by R. Graham. The owner (Rick) performed the quote himself (most all other companies had salesmen that quote & you never see again). My roof was more involved because I had two areas where trusses were sagging (from poor framing and weight) and 3 areas of wood rot (from poor furnace exhaust placement & drainage design). Really liked that R. Graham uses a smaller 3 man crew and a two day work plan; the Big Companies all quoted 1 day with 6+ man crews. The R. Graham crew members were very professional and skilled; showed a lot of respect for my house and took a lot of pride in their work. They were efficient but never rushed, all the details were done right: chalk lines snapped to trim valleys, double chimney flashing nicely trimmed and anchored in the grout, cut and re-cut and checked angles for truss repair to remove sags, additional venting installed where needed, extra ice guard added for areas draining into chimneys (where wood needed to be replaced). Cost was also more affordable compared to the Bigger Companies whose quotes started at thousands more. Great communication all around from scheduling, material deliveries and issues identified after tear-off . Very impressed & pleased; and would highly recommend.
