Best Choice has a customer for life now. Doc showed up, laid out a price that was less than what I expected based on quotes a year or two prior. They were reasonable on wood replacement which I was expecting quite a bit. The crew started working at 930am and they were done and thoroughly cleaned up by 2:30. My roof had serious ventilation issues and they rocked out every bit of it. They’re honest, reasonable and they get it done quick. From quote to installation was a week, but when they showed up they were efficient and got the job done in a very workmanlike manner. They’ve earned my business from now on, although I hope to not put on many roofs in my lifetime.

My wife and I just recently used Best Choice for our exterior update (siding, trim and gutters). It was truly the best choice we could have made. I work in the construction industry, and it was a pleasure to partner with a company who cares about the customer and who helps find real solutions to any issues.nnLeon was a joy to get to know and work with. The quality of the work was exceptional. All joints in the siding and bends in the metal are perfect. The guys who did the work were very professional and hard working. Update: After my Post, the Company went over and above to address the issues I brought up in my previous Report. Matt was kind, patient, and answered every obstacle. The Permit HAD been registered. Also, through a break down in communications, he was unaware of the damage that occurred during the repair. The material discrepancy, closer to $1800 ...is something to do with some policy ( didn’t understand this!) , but we both agreed, I should have been given the additional cost prior to the work. So, the damage will be looked at and the lack of communication and chaos...dealing with the pandemic...contributed to many of the problems . The actual work, again, was excellent. Will update after our next meeting. Company, very sincere for a resolution.nnReally polite, friendly. Price was high, but I figured...I’m a female , Senior...OH WELL! Never gave “final” $, due to unsure of how much material would be needed. I needed my roof repaired....fast, rain coming in. Ok, I had a part that fell in , due to absorption. On repair day, as 30 guys on the roof..I get soaked myself, for almost another $2000.00...the hidden material cost. As crew packed up, and collected my additional check....it was mentioned a worker had escaped injury, as he crashed through the slagging roof...up to his hip. I informed Company....last I heard from them....evermore.nAlso, never filed Building Permit...City paid me a visit about it.

They quickly performed the job after giving me the quote. It was one week from quote to installation. They followed up to ask about my experience with the roof replacement. The new roof looks great. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done .
