Being a first time home owner, and first large repair on my home, I was apprehensive about finding a trustworthy honest contractor. Roofal was the fourth quote I got, and was the least expensivenBut more importantly, Matt came out, took the time to answer all my questions, and explain everything in detail, looked me in the eye, and made me feel confident he was the right choice.nThroughout the job, Matt and his guys were polite, respectful, professional and courteous. Matt was very responsive to my calls, texts, and dumb questions. The roof turned out looking great! As with any big job, there were a couple of unexpected bumps in the road, and Matt did a great job of keeping me in the loop and explaining my choices. I cannot recommend this company enough. Vent cap broke off during a storm, when I called around for repairs most roofing companies either did not do this repair or they quoted me a 3 months lead time. Even though Matt was also extremely busy, he was able to squeeze in this repair. The vent was fixed before the worst of the winter weather and we will have the chimney flashing next spring by Matt. I highly recommend using Matt for any roof needs, his professionalism and character are evident in the way he conducts his business. Thank you Matt!
Got multiple quotes for my new home, Roofal came in most competitive. When here, they gave me several methods in how to save money on the project yet still get the roof I need.nnDuring install it took about 3 days with 4 guys. I thought they were going slow however after observing them a little they were paying attention to detail which took a bit longer to complete. Very thankful, beware of roofers offering to strip and replace in a single day.nnIt has been just about a year now, and the roof is still in excellent shape. Looks very professional, color has been retained, no loose it missing shingles after heavy winds, top notch quality.nnHighly recommended
