Poor customer service. We had some shingles that had come off and we felt it was due to excessive wind and rain. They asked us to provide a photo. The person to whom we spoke said it was a raccoon and that was not covered by the warranty. We have no raccoons in the area and no overhanging branches. The person kept arguing with us as if we wanted something for nothing. They said they would come out and fix it “this one time.” That was weeks ago and we have heard nothing. We just had this roof put on in the fall and feel they should make it right.
Eric and his team were the ultimate in professionalism. Though there was a hiccup in delivery of the material, I had a new roof by the end of the day! Eric also caught some potential problems and they were addressed during the same day. At the end of the day, the work site was clean and neat. Not one single nail found. Hank you!
Loved this company - from start of the process to the end! Professional, on time, extremely accomodating. Selling my house and needed a roof repair done quickly to satisfy buyer's lender. Called on Tuesday, Nick came out to provide an estimate on Wednesday and job was completed on Friday. Nick was great - he called to let me know what time he would be here and was on time. Great quality of work and great customer service. This company even worked with my buyer to ensure all of their needs were met. I can't say enough about these guys - I would definitely recommend them over and over again!
