Punctual for doing the work to install new electrical panel and completing it. Happily, John arranged for the power company to inspect the work on the same day. That meant power was restored and we only had to do without it for less than eight hours instead of a possible 24 hours or more. One of the electricians also works with their company that repairs the hole left from the removal of the old and installation of the new panel. Pleased with everything.
Excellent work, came for estimate, but was able to go all the items I had that day done too. Was a FULL-day job and I really appreciate his hard work! Update: week after Knox Electrical Services initial work, I called at 8pm at night to see if they could come out to fix an electrical issue with Dryer, and they answered, and were able to fit me in NEXT DAY!! Very appreciate of them fitting us in. Will call Knox Electrical Services again for future projects.
We had a few things done: installing lights in closets which turned on when the door opened, 2 recessed lights in the ceiling over the desk and putting in a new light fixture John was great - on time for the appointment to give us an estimate and on time for the work. He worked hard, the work was done well and just what he said it would look like and he cleaned up so well after the completion of the job that you would not have known any work was done. I would recommend Knox Electrical Services for any electric work you need done.
I have been using Knox Electrical Services for the past 3 years to service my whole house generator. I am on a 5-year service plan and I am very pleased with their work. Each service has been thorough and done on time. The service techs have great interpersonal skills, review everything they have done and answer all my questions. Hired for various electrical changes and additions in bathroom, kitchen and back porch. Very prompt to respond and come out for an estimate and was very professional. Took notes of the project and listened to our needs. Showed up on time and ready to get to business, got all work done in one day. Was very gracious about some changes my wife wanted to make, mid install. Pricing was reasonable and competitive. Would definitely recommend and will hire Knox Electrical Services back. Thanks!
