Every experience with D&D is always super enjoyable and helpful. I purchased a bike from them during the peak of bike shortages due to the pandemic. I was so impressed with how they pivoted the pandemic and continued to offer exceptional service. They were always willing to update me on the projected delivery time for my bike and always made sure I was notified about any possible changes. When my bike came in, they took the time to help adjust and ensure my bike was comfortable. I recommend D&D to anyone because of their customer service and knowledge about bikes and hockey.

My salesman was Randy and he was awesome. Very patient with me while I tried several bikes and went back and forth on my decision. I felt like he was treating me no different than if I was a customer in there buying a $4,000 bike. I would definitely recommend these bikes and this shop!

So far, so good. I ordered online, they had the bike I wanted, they set it up with some additional accessories that I wanted, per my request on the day I picked it up (which was the day after I ordered it. So far I really like the bike. It is really good to know that they are going to be keeping it tweaked for me for the next 3 years as well.

Excellent service. Cheryl helped me find the correct bike for my needs/usage, didn't try to sell me more bike than I was going to use, and was quick to answer questions and clarify terminology. Loved that I could test ride the bike behind the store as well. Looking forward to working with these folks more as I increase my time in the saddle. Thanks for a great experience!
