Great Experience, No Pressure, No Games.nnI called, texted and emailed, 3 other closer Trek Bike Sellers, and NONE could be bothered to return my messages. I guess they don't need more customers. So I broadened my search and found Assenmacher's. We handled 99% of the process via email until I came in to pay for and pick up my bikes at the same time. (Though I ended up leaving them for some upgrades of my choosing).nnDefinitely fits the mold, treat others as you want to be treated. Good Friendly experience all the way around.nnHappy to drive 40 minutes instead of 5 minutes for this level of customer service. Thanks!
I was in there today and purchased tires for my daughters schwinn and I would like to say I appreciate the help from this shop for having tires in stock and helping me make my daughters day I highly recommended them

Absolutely wonderful!! Why? Knowledgeable, friendly, AAA customer service. I live in Oxford (about a 40 minute drive) and there are closer bike shops, however for all the reasons mentioned above I will continue going to Assenmachers. They will also spend time on the phone with you before you come in to the store.nI found my local bike store employed very young, seasonal personnel that did not have knowledge or experience therefore complete waste of time.nSo glad I discovered Assenmachers - highly recommended!
I emailed Matt from Florida in the hope I could get a bike ready for me on my return to Michigan. He answered my email immediately and updated me on what he had in stock. I picked my bike up on my return and received pleasant, helpful service. I love my new bike. There is definitely a reason for purchasing a bike from a bike shop, not a big box store.
