Great mobile home park, we have lived here for 21 years, and while management has changed hands, the community stays the same, most trailers are further apart from one another than most parks, and there's new homes popping up in the new development area, if you like to go for a walk in a safe neighborhood, and of course wave to your neighbors ( we wave to everyone! ) this is the place for you!!!
What a beautiful, well-kept park, so much better than so many ive seen. The manager is really lovely. They're lucky to have her.
Nice village doing a lot of upgrades
Recently purchased new home here. Management staff made it a simple and frankly an enjoyable process. Great people work with. Community is quiet and clean. I have nothing bad to report. If you are looking for a place in kittery I would highly recommend checking it out.
My girlfriend lives in Yankee MHC. In the year that I've been around the property, I've been able to notice about enjoy the quiet, the cleanliness, and the feel of widespread upkeep amongst the tenants here. The grounds are lovely, and are close enough to town and the highway that I don't feel out of touch (I'm a big city girl, myself).nnI'd live here.
