Stay was ok, clean rooms and friendly (for the most part). Restrictions due to corona, but we stayed at other places in Maine during this difficult times and The Mount Battie Inn could learn from them on how you can still provide breakfast (not “just” a preselected muffin per person).nThe main reason for 3 stars is the fact that water supply is very limited, meaning that when you take a shower and some other people have the same idea you will just get some drips of water (literally). As per the owner the issue is that the well water supply is very limited and the toilets can also backup very easily.nOverall we liked the stay but compared to what you get the room price is too high and there are better choices in the area.
Beautiful room. Friendly staff and owners Ed and Christine were very pleasant ...informative... made our stay wonderful. Highly recommend staying here!
On phone was told all room's have water view. That's is as long as you look over a roof. Across the road. Through the power lines. Between the trees.

Great people, sweet motel in a wonderful location! We had a great time and a wonderful room. Owners are very sweet and helpful. They tell you all kinds of exciting things to do in the area. We stayed an extra day just to tour the area and glad we did. Thanks again for your excellent hospitality!
