Michael the new manager is working hard to improve this park, and making a really nice place to live. He has done a lot of work in this park I have lived in this park for my whole life, it went from a bad trailer park to a amazing park, Michael has delivered water to people when water pipes break, he had removed trees and tree stumps during the summer time, so once winter hit we wouldn’t have to worry about trees falling on our homes, he has removed unfit trailers from the park, and taking trailers that can be saved, and had completely done the inside and out making them affordable to live in, with new furnaces, chimneys, stair casings, fixing drive ways, and continuing to do many more improvements to this park with help from the people in the park. This is a loving family oriented park where everybody helps each other to maintain a great living place. I would recommend to people that ask about our park it’s a great place to live. The park management has also put down lots of black top roads to better the park.

This park has improved so much under the new ownership. They have cleaned up the property, fixed the roads, and refurbished all the older trailers. Mike the new manager is awesome. He is always available to help and is very understanding. Two thumbs up.

I've lived in Dexter Maine my whole life and this trailer park is really coming together better under new ownership. come take a look the people are great, it's quiet and safe.

The owner is amazing, I just moved in and he has helped me so much. He really cares, whenever something went wrong he was rite there. The neighbors are so friendly. It's a clean, family friendly park. I'd recommend this park before any others! Really impressed.

We just recently moved back into the park and since it is under new ownership the park is so much cleaner and the trailers are all getting fixed up and if something goes wrong the owner is right their to fix it. The owners and management people are very easy to talk to about anything you may need. The roads are always taking care of first thing in the morning when it snows witch is nice since I have to be at work very early. And they provide trash pickup every two weeks so the park stays a nice clean environment and it is very family friendly place to live.
