A truly special resort, where inspiring scenery, exquisite cuisine, and polished young performers abound! Reign on, Quisisana.
This resort is quite fun and I enjoy staying at this resort. The Kezar Lake is one of the best lakes in Maine and I love it. There are so many activities that I enjoy to do including sailing paddle boarding, tubing and so much more.
Expensive but worth every dime
Quisisana is one of the most exceptional, unique places I have ever visited. Quisisana has an inexplicable power to help one relax and rejuvenate all at once. The location in Maine, on a pristine lake, is visually spectacular. Daytime activities are plentiful but optional. The activities reminded me of my joyful childhood days at summer camp. In the evening you are treated to an evening of Broadway Musicals, Chamber Music, Opera, Piano Concertos, or Vocal Performances, performed by up and coming or established performers. Delicious gourmet meals are served on white tablecloths. Cabins are beautiful, air-conditioned, with gorgeous views of the lake and sunsets. Each interaction with the staff convinces you that they are there to make your week as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. I have traveled around the world, but Quisisana is now my preferred choice for an easily planned, enriching, healing, active or relaxing vacation. A perfect week!!
