Came for lunch on Valentine’s Day. Ate outside with my husband while the kids played in the snow and on the ice rink until they got tired and joined us in our outdoor tent seating. Heater inside warmed everyone up and let us enjoy Bethel and the outdoors while we ate. Food was phenomenal, and service was wonderful too! It is such a picturesque place, I felt like we were sitting in a Hallmark movie! We can’t wait to return and stay at the inn next time!
Room could have been cleaner. Large stain on the floor in room. Sauna was closed. Restaurant was full and unavailable. Not activities other than walkung around the property. Pool was nice but small. Kind of a waist of time coming here.
Worst stay we've ever had. They put us in a dirty room during a pandemic. Front desk was rude about it and wanted to move us multiple times. Beds were loud and uncomfortable. Walk ways were unsalted and slippery. TV didn't work. Closet doors were broken. Front desk did not give any wifi or property info at check in and recommended we walk to the tavern even though it was closed when we got there. Front door was broken and needed to be slammed shut multiple times to latch. Then after we checked out they charged my card an extra $588 because they thought it was what we owed. It turned out they over charged my card multiple times and had to refund me more than we had originally paid. Over priced property that wasn't worth close to what we paid and is taking advantage of Bethel becoming a popular ski town.
Had a mixed experience here. The hotel was charming in its own way but when we arrived to the room we found that the closet door was broken off the frame, the bathroom faucet was leaking, the mirror and other parts of the bathroom were dirty and the pull out sofa didn't work the first night. I expressed these concerns with the front desk and they tried to move us to a smaller room with fewer amenities. I asked that the front desk person leave a message for a manager to contact me. They never did. I then followed up with an email to Allen explaining the situation and received no response. We won't be returning.
Very nice, every thing you need just like home. Very nice deck and nice views. Even had washer and dryer. Would have been nice to have shower in bed room to, but worked out nice with just me and my wife. Over all very nice place to stay would do it again.
