My boyfriend and I were exhausted after a backpacking trip through Grafton Notch State Park and parts of the Appalachian Trail. So, we were looking for a comfortable night’s stay before heading back home and the Sudbury Inn ended up being it!nInitially, we were told breakfast would be available for us (we were pumped, and trust me, after a long backpacking trip which somehow morphed into rock climbing, we needed some good morning grub), but last minute, as in, right before we were headed to bed, breakfast was cancelled. We were disappointed, but the inn offered to buy us several rounds of beer along with an appetizer to make up for it. We were grateful for their hospitality and willingness to compensate!
Amazon chicken Palm in the sauce is fabulous
Really great chili dogs. Large dog with toasted bun. Chili was unique. Almost a sweet taste but still with enough of a kick to be enjoyable. Server was friendly and very helpful. Ambience was of a locals place to stop for a bite and shoot they breeze. Prices were reasonable. Parking could use some improvement but all in all good place to stop.
Convenient location on Main St. Excellent dining upstairs or casual trendy pub fare downstairs with the locals at Suds Pub. Cheap pub eats, great menu, great beers and very chill atmosphere. Classic aprés ski.
Suds pub is the best place in town. Consistent food and service! I recommend the pizza and the chicken parm.
