I can't say enough wonderful things about Susan and the team at Newcastle Vacation Rentals. I booked a property through Airbnb that NVR recently began to manage, which unfortunately had many issues - but Susan was incredibly prompt and professional in her replies, and eventually went above and beyond to make the situation right. They resettled us into a new property quickly, were transparent about cost differences, and even left us some local treats as a thanks for our business. I'll be honest, as an avid Airbnb user (I usually only book directly with owners,) I'm often skeptical of rental/property management companies - but this one is truly incredible. Susan's patience, understanding and professionalism was/is so appreciated that I plan to rent from NVR for any future trip to Maine. I highly recommend this company!
listing #70nnWe stayed there from July 30, -Aug. 3, 2018. I almost don't want to recommend this, so I can keep it all for myself. The house, in Bristol, accommodates 4. No amenities have been spared. The sheets and , towels are all provided. My linen closet at home cannot measure up to the linen closet in this charming cape, covered with all kinds of flowers everywhere.nThe management only asks that we leave it the way w found it. There is washer dryer, and the sheets and towels can be washed, and dried before leaving.nMany thanks to New Castle Vacation Homes for making this a little piece of heaven available. Planning our next trip April 2019.
