Rooms are very average but reasonable for the price. Management is very kindvqnd helpful.
Numerous reasons why I disliked my stay. To begin with, it's hard to find at night, located inside the same premises as Pilot Truck Stop. I spent about 15 minutes at the front desk waiting to check in. The room was generally clean. The drain in the sink and shower were clogged so water remained in the tub after my shower and in the sink after brushing my teeth. Tv couldn't be turned on as the remote was dead. 2 stars only because the breakfast offered was well stocked and everything was fresh.
One of the worst hotels I've stayed at for the convenient location. Price was comparable to nicer hotels in the area but we chose this one.nCheck in took a long time and clerks are not nice.nRooms were dirty and smelled of stale smoke.nDon't recommend staying here.
Never stay at this hotel. Staff is rude and they have no clue how to run a business properly. Customer service is everything and when the women at the front desk is literally fighting with you and attitude that I have never experienced in my life when all your doing is asking simple questions about the room and fees that she can’t even answer. Save your money!!!!
Really needs an update. Staff was nice, room was clean enough. There was a pet/pot/musty smell but not strong enough to be unable to stay there. Good for a stopover on a trip but not an extended stay. Arrived late and place really hard to find as it's behind an abandoned motel. Certainly gave a creepy vibe off the bat.
