This is the Second home I have used Superior Roofing. Totally exceeded my expectations again.- I have a 2 building property- they arrived on time and got 2 houses re shingled in a day. We called Superior Roofing this morning for a leak that we suspected was due to an ice dam. The weather was quintessential Maine weather in February: cold, sleeting and rain. Not only did they come out within an hour to investigate but one of them was the owner! They were prompt, courteous, professional. They explained what had happened, what they were going to do and then took care of the problem all while talking us through it. It was an education. Additionally, they explained how to prevent the issue from happening again. The last thing anyone wants to wake up to is a leaking roof. I went from low grade stressed to delighted within the span of an hour. Highly recommend Superior Roofing. Our experience was more than a professional transaction. It felt neighborly.
