This was an excellent stay because everything went very smoothly and everything was exactly as I expected it to be. The location was perfect.We received an email telling us exactly how to check in therefore there was no contact with anyone checking in. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfy. The towels hung over the heater and it made it like we had heated towel racksn( very fancy ud83dude09). My one and only complaint about this hotel is there's a lot of noise room to room but what can you do about that? I would recommend this for couples or a girl's trip or just about anybody . It was really cozy. Check out was the same we simply dropped our key keys in the box and we left and that was the end. I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay! Super clean, great value, great view, staff was excellent to deal with...I hated to leave. I was beyond happy with my visit...I can't wait to go back. I stayed in room 15. AWESOME ud83dudc4d

I enjoyed my stay here and thought over all it was quite good. The room I stayed in was comfortable, but could use a less antiquated AC unit and perhaps a vent in the bathroom.nMy only real complaint, and the reason that I didn't leave a better review, was that multiple neighbors near us kept smoking pot out on their decks. I had been enjoying the night air, but had to keep ducking back into my room to escape the smoke.nThe early morning view made up for my disappointment. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was a real treat.

Let me start by saying you get what you pay for. We booked this room because of the price.nnThe property is a week kept secluded area overlooking the ocean bay.nnOur particular room was more like a basement studio apartment than a motel room.nnThe room was very clean and adequate but with no attention to detail at all and no decor. Just a simple plain white somewhat unfinished room and a bathroom.nnI actually found it odd in many ways but it served it's purpose and there were no issues at all

For a motel in a tourist town you cannot find a better deal! Good location, cost efficient rooms, great view and amenities. There are things to improve obviously but if you’re looking for a place to stay near Bar Harbor and Acadia this would be a good place to check out.
