We loved our stay here! The view out to the water from the bed was absolutely perfect. The cottage comes with a mini kitchenette, with everything you need, and pour over coffee which was amazing to take out to the adirondack chairs they have by the water. There's a little heater in the wall which warmed up the space very nicely. The bed and the pillows were so comfortable we wanted to ask what they were but forgot! We stayed here for 4 nights while we got married in Acadia, the entrance is just a few minutes down the road. We didn't end up taking advantage of the fire pits they have, but definitely will when we come back! Only thing to note was you need to let the water run for a bit before the hot water came through but it wasn't an issue for us once we realized. The owners are so nice and were very helpful during our entire stay. We washed to stay longer but they were all booked up, so get in early! Thank you for making our wedding stay perfect! We'll be back as soon as we can!

We had a wonderful stay here recently. The cottage was clean and looked like it had been recently painted. It was our first trip in pandemic times and we felt very safe. It was clear that the owners were very serious about the safety of their guests. We will stay here again on future trips to the area.

The cutest little cottages that have such a beautiful view. They offer areas to have a fire pit and offer a beach you can paddle board on. The area was quiet and perfect for our weekend getaway.

Bay Meadow Cottages couldn't be lovelier. The location is ideal for visiting both sides of Mount Desert Island while being in close proximity to great restaurants and Bar Harbor. We loved our cottage, it was the perfect size for us and had beautiful views of the water from our front porch. The bed was very comfortable, with luxurious feeling linens and the shower had great pressure and was equipped with nice toiletries. I loved having a mini fridge, hot plate and hot water kettle, it made having breakfast and evening tea so easy and affordable for us. Additionally, we loved that they provided us with local coffee and pour over equipment. Lastly, Steve couldn't have been a kinder more helpful host, he gave us great recommendations for restaurants (Sweet Peas!) and hikes - and quickly responded to a dinner recommendation when I was out and about time over message. I can't wait to return and wish them so much success in their business.
