The park rules don't mean anything for some people. The park manager does nothing about it. The rent goes up every year. Their accounting has been wrong, hinky, and corrupt. Some people can get away with breaking any of the rules and others get harassed for nothing. Out of state owner is just using this property as a money making opportunity and doesn't do anything they should with maintenance. Watermains break and take months to fix but they harass you about fixing your place up. If I could move I would. The manager is a spineless coward who lets Traitors fly their hateful flags and even fly the US flag upside down.

Grew up here. It is as good as a mobile home park can getnWhile the residents come from all walks of life there is a real sense of community and pride of place that is held by the residents, many of them long term, here.
