Freshly build and opened this property has nicely appointed rooms, spacious, comfortable pillows and mattress and oversized shower with perfect water temperature and pressure.
Stayed here a few times now for business. The rooms are very clean every time I stay. Very modern looking, nice decor. Overall one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in.
This hotel is clean, the service is decent, there’s even a shower in the room for tall people! (Usually hotel showers are built for short people who are not 6+) The only issue is the pull out couch isn’t that comfortable. The bed is probably fine, but unfortunately I wasn’t privileged to sleep in it. Be aware that breakfast is limited because of coronavirus. So this would be a 4/5, but because of the awesome shower you get a 5.
Will never stay at another Hampton inn hotel anywhere for the rest of my life because of this experience. Manager literally tried to fight us, and then watched us leave from the parking lot. my friend wanted to cancel the reservation because he did not like the location. He then proceeded to say how he was going to decline any type of refund from the booking website. He was super aggressive and hostile even after my friend apologized for not wanting to stay there. Horrible management. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my entire life. Please go anywhere else. do not waste your time and money.
Amazing. Sad we needed to leave earlier than we thought. Really nice staff and great accomodations. To keep in mind when we come back to Portland. Definitely, it will be this hotel.
